OUR COMMUNITY STANDARDS

WestCoastSwingers.com is a private community for adults exploring the swinger and ethical non-monogamy lifestyle. Members may upload nude and explicit profile photos. These Guidelines ensure the Platform remains safe and respectful. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

1. RESPECT AND CONSENT

  • Treat all members with dignity and respect
  • Accept “no” gracefully — no means no, always
  • Do not pressure, coerce, or manipulate other members
  • Respect members who do not respond or express disinterest
  • No harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact
  • Obtain consent before sending explicit images in messages

2. PROFILE STANDARDS

General

  • Profile information must be accurate and truthful
  • No impersonation of other persons
  • No AI-generated or stock photos as profile photos

Primary Thumbnail Photo

  • Your primary thumbnail (visible in the member directory) must be tasteful and non-explicit
  • Clothed, swimwear, or lingerie photos are acceptable as thumbnails
  • Fully nude or sexually explicit images may NOT be used as your primary thumbnail

Explicit Profile Photos

  • Nude and explicit photos are permitted in designated profile photo sections
  • All persons depicted must be 18+ and must have consented to the upload
  • No explicit images depicting sexual acts involving animals
  • No images depicting non-consensual scenarios of any kind
  • No explicit images of third parties without their documented consent
  • No watermarks, usernames, or identifying information of non-consenting third parties

ANY PROFILE CONTAINING IMAGES THAT APPEAR TO DEPICT MINORS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN AND MANDATORY REPORTING TO NCMEC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. MESSAGING STANDARDS

  • Introduce yourself respectfully
  • No unsolicited explicit images in opening messages
  • No spam or bulk messaging
  • No solicitation of money or financial assistance
  • No requests for financial information

4. CONTENT REDISTRIBUTION

  • Do not screenshot or save other members’ explicit profile photos
  • Do not share, post, or distribute other members’ photos anywhere outside this Platform
  • Redistribution of another member’s explicit content without consent may constitute a crime under state non-consensual pornography laws
  • Violations will result in permanent ban and potential law enforcement referral

5. STRICTLY PROHIBITED

THE FOLLOWING RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN AND LAW ENFORCEMENT REFERRAL

  • Any content or arrangement involving minors in any context
  • Solicitation or arrangement of prostitution or escort services
  • Exchange of money or consideration for sexual activity
  • Non-consensual sharing of intimate images
  • Threats of violence or physical harm
  • Blackmail, extortion, or sexual coercion
  • Doxxing or sharing private information about other members

6. REPORTING

Use the Report button on any profile or message to flag violations. Reports of suspected minor content are treated as highest priority.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Violations may result in: content removal, warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or law enforcement referral. Company decisions are final.
