7. 2257 COMPLIANCE

11.4 Limitation of Liability

11.5 Liability Cap

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Platform notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
