Ryzoro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Nevada limited liability company at PO BOX 29046, Laughlin, NV 89028, operates WestCoastSwingers.com, an adult social networking platform that includes sexually explicit user-generated content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information including explicit images.

4. EXPLICIT IMAGE STORAGE AND PROTECTION
4.1 Storage
Explicit profile photos are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. They are never stored in publicly accessible directories and are never indexed by search engines.
4.2 Access
Explicit profile content is accessible ONLY to approved, logged-in members. No explicit content is ever viewable by the general public, guests, or non-approved registrants.
4.3 Staff Access
Authorized moderation staff may access explicit images solely for the purpose of content moderation and compliance review. Staff access is logged and monitored.
4.4 Retention After Deletion
When you delete explicit images from your profile, they are removed from active display promptly. Backup copies may exist for up to 30 days before permanent deletion from all systems.
4.5 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your explicit images, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
5.1 With Other Members
Your profile information and photos (including approved explicit images) are visible to approved, logged-in members only. Private messages are visible only to you and the recipient.
5.2 Service Providers
We share data with Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider, bound by confidentiality obligations.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information including explicit images if required by law, court order, or government authority. We will comply with NCMEC reporting requirements for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as mandated by federal law.
5.4 No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or images to any third party for any purpose.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, profile data and images are removed from active display within 30 days and permanently deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission protocols. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that other members will not screenshot or save your profile content.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
THE PLATFORM IS NOT FOR ANYONE UNDER 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately and reported as required by law including mandatory NCMEC reporting.
11. CHANGES
We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
