REFUND & BILLING POLICY

ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments to WestCoastSwingers.com are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly membership fees for any portion of a billing period
  • Founding Member lifetime membership fees
  • Any other fees or charges collected through the Platform

Access to Platform features including explicit member content is granted immediately upon payment. This is why all sales are final.

2. RECURRING BILLING DISCLOSURE

IMPORTANT: Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing period.

  • Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month
  • Charges continue until you cancel
  • You will receive a receipt email for each charge
  • You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge

3. HOW TO CANCEL

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select “Manage Membership”
  4. Click “Cancel Membership” and confirm

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

4. FOUNDING MEMBER LIFETIME PURCHASE

The Founding Member tier is a one-time lifetime payment. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after purchase.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment fails, we will retry. If collection fails, your account will be downgraded to Free and messaging will be suspended until resolved.

6. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge violates these Terms. Contact legal@westcoastswingers.com BEFORE contacting your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in: immediate account termination, debt referral to collections, and permanent Platform ban.

7. BILLING ERRORS

To report a billing error, contact legal@westcoastswingers.com within 30 days of the charge.
